Sue is extremely trustworthy, she does what she says she will do - her follow is terrific. For clients who are too busy to handle significant details - she is the "go to person", if she is unable to do something she will use her resources to get the job done.

Sue worked with us for over a year to find the very best available housing, within our income limits, to purchase. It was not easy as we are an inter-generational family of 6 with 2 large dogs. Plus we were new to CA in general and the South Bay in particular. If we found a property to look at she was equally as helpful as if she had the listing. In relation to realtors we worked with selling our previous homes, she was far and above the most responsive. In fact, she was instrumental in finding a better realtor in the case of our Minn. house. We are so very appreciative of all her efforts.

I practically gave up on trying to get a property in my price range that would be safe for me and my 2 children; but Sue never gave up on us, and never discouraged us in placing back up offers. We received a call 3 months after placing an offer in back up status, and we were accepted by the bank for this short sale on a purchase for $150,000 condo in Carson. Thank you Sue!!

I placed an offer on a condo with Sue representing me for the purchase. We got rejected as the HOA would not allow a FHA or Conventional loan deal, so had to be all cash. Sue researched the HOA and convinced the listing agent that our offer would get accepted for this Short Sale because our loan was going VA, and the complex was VA with no restrictions. She went beyond the normal distance a buyers agent would do. She even got the deal lower due to the comps not being as high as the offer, and worked with the appraiser to convince the bank the comps weren't as high as they predicted. Her "go to" attitude and communication skills made me feel so comfortable in closing this transaction. I highly recommend her to represent you whether in buying or selling.
