She is very knowledgeable about the Boston real estate market providing us with current, informative information on all properties as well as giving us tips about restaurants, shopping, activities, etc., in any area we looked at. We ended up purchasing a co-op unit, something new to us, which was a lot more complicated and involved than purchasing a traditional condominium. Tara was invaluable during this process, both as a professional realtor who is well connected and ultimately as a supportive friend in the end. I can't recommend Tara enough, both on the home buy side and sell side. She helped us find and lock down a place in our price range in Back Bay during the highly competitive 2012 upswing and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Fast forward 5 years later, we engaged her again to sell our home as spurred by a move to SF. True story: it took her 5 weeks from our initial face to face meeting to close on our place. 01/19 first conversation > 01/24 home consultation > 02/07 listed > 02/13 sold > 02/28 closed. On top of the amazing turnaround time, she evidently nailed the marketing and pricing, as we had multiple offers within days, including a cash offer for $20 K over asking.
