Terry Knake

Terry is the dean of real estate in Cedar Rapids. He has the experience and knowledge to be granted an emeritus status by the Cedar Rapids Association of Realtors. If it happens in real estate, Terry has seen it or done it. He often finds creative ways to solve complex problems when buying or selling real estate. Terry is a life long resident of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and knows this market well. During his early adult life, Terry played college basketball and did a stint in the United States Army. After serving in the Army, Terry worked at Rockwell Collins before embarking on a real estate career that spans over three decades. As a licensed broker, Terry built his own real estate agency before merging with Skogman Real Estate. Today, he is a trusted member of the Skogman Real Estate Team. Terry and his wife served as foster parents for numerous children over the years. His belief in doing the right thing to help someone else, has served him well in both his personal life and his professional life as a real estate agent.
