Virginia began her love of real estate in Manhattan, when she purchased a stunning historic home in an 1880’s brick row house in Gramercy Park and became the co-op President. In addition to that purchase, she has bought, renovated, and sold seven homes in five states including California, Connecticut, New York, Ohio, and Florida. This experience has broadened her knowledge across state lines and she understands how difficult the purchasing and sales process can be without someone knowledgeable and available to assist you in the process. She spent the previous 12 years in retail financial planning - with retailers such as Brooks Brothers, Victoria’s Secret, and Williams-Sonoma. Her previous fast-paced career honed her sense of humor, attention to detail and collaborative skills.
