Thomas was an AMAZING partner when he helped me sell my aunt's home in Mountain View. He is a kind and respectful person who above all LISTENED to my requests and needs. Although he comes across as a quiet personality, he knows his stuff and really stepped up when we came across an aggressive prospective buyer's agent, and handled the situation with calm professionalism. He and Jamie were extremely responsive, always responded immediately to my texts and calls. I can't wait to buy or sell more property so I can work with Thomas and Jamie again

We met with Thomas after meeting his colleague David Long in one of our first open houses. Both my husband and I were very unfamiliar with the whole home purchase process. Both Thomas and David were patient enough to explain the different steps to us over and over. Thomas came to other open houses with us and helped us to better understand what to look for in a house. Both David and Thomas were always reachable whenever we had a question, they were never pushy like some other agents (e.g. to work with a particular lender) and always respected our decisions.
