Tim is hands down the best in Solano County. Our home in Vallejo needed a substantial remodeling before we could list it. I sat down with 4 realtors, all who had great Zillow ratings. Tim's estimate was half the price and his completion time was 2 weeks quicker than the others. Between that and his friendly and honest demeanor, I decided to list with him. When we first met at the home Tim said we needed to trust each other. We did a walk through while his contractor took notes in each room. We decided on a budget and I left my trust in Tim. His associate realtor Madeline was at my beckons call. Whenever I needed anything she was one phone call away and provided anything I requested. When we finally went to see the home my wife and I were shocked. His work on our home was simply amazing. The detail to attention in every room was incredible. We left the entire remodel up to his discretion and we were not disappointed. His crew was always on time, cleaned up and did impeccable work. Our home sold within a week over asking price. The sale was without a doubt the smoothest easiest transaction I have ever experienced in real estate, and this is coming from a former real estate investor. He will be handling a second property for me in Richmond in a few weeks. My wife and I could not thank Tim and Madeline enough for their professionalism. You will not be disappointed with these guys!

I have been working with Donna for a good 6 months. I have found her to be very responsive and available. She took note of my desired locations and requirements and actively searched for homes in my price range. She is very good at making suggestions and asking questions that helped guide me through the right steps to get into the position I needed to be, to purchase my home in an area like I didn't think I could afford! I did have place my search on hold for a month while, as she suggested I talked with my lender and freed up my buying power. If I wasn't thrilled about a property she was perceptive enough to suggest we keep it stepping and on to the next one, until everything was right. Now I'm a happy home owner.

Donna is very responsive, goes out of her way to help and is dedicated to her profession. She provided good advice and stuck with us through thick and thin throughout the search process. In particular, she went out of her way to travel outside of her usual selling territory to show us semi-rural properties way outside of the Bay Area when our search strategy changed radically. She also negotiated hard on our behalf prior to the final offer.

Tim has been great the whole way through. Even in dealing with a distressed property, Tim found a way to make sure i was able to get top dollar even after everything that could have went wrong did go wrong. Never missed a phone call. Was also very connected to the community which helped out a lot. Would definitely recommend.

My first trip to Vallejo, CA recently, no clue but I called up this agent-Tim to meet at his realty: Tim's assistant Donna is so amazing, friendly & offered my little puppy for her water bowl! Then I saw Tim showed up on time to get started our tour. He took an extra effort from showing me around to know the neighborhood patiently, kind enough to stop at nearby McDonald's for my personal food happily! Of course I have built my trust on his professional opinions, got a deal shortly. I am very blessed to know one honest realtor who is not aggressive to answer my questions along the way. I will use Tim in the future for my relatives, friends or anyone as their reliable source to buy or sell their properties, thank you Tim for providing a happy experience!

Took charge from beginning and orchestrated all activities to prepare home for sale with his vast staff. Home sold in one day! No contingencies and all cash. Closed in less than 30 days! Excellent! Tim He worked to make it happen! He knew what he was doing and did a great job doing it. We hit a bit of a snufu but he was able to negotiate to make it work, and work it did. 10/10 would recommend.

Donna is Tim's office manger/assistant and I am pleased to review our experience working with Donna Steppe to find a home to meet our family's needs in Vallejo. This was not our first rodeo; still it had been 20 years since buying a home, and 14 years since selling a home. Wow, how things have changed. I've never read so many reports and disclosures, or worked so hard to get a loan. On top of that Vallejo is a very hot market right now, and we faced a lot of competition for the few houses that were coming up for sale. But dear Donna patiently and competently let us through the process. Our first offer on a house was accepted, but later fell through for a variety of reasons. So back to the drawing board, not only on a choice of a house, but also for choice of a lending source. Donna was helpful on both scores. As our anxieties grew, her unflappable spirit kept us from giving up. The house we made the second offer on needed a lot of work, but had character and potential. Donna was helpful to secure names of trusted contractors and tradespeople that we could consult with, and later schedule for work. That was especially helpful since we are coming from out of the Vallejo area, we had little knowledge of the businesses in Vallejo whom we could trust. Donna was always ready to go the extra mile for us. We often apologized for asking her for a favor. Her answer was always the same. "No problem. That's just part of my job. I love what I do." And we loved the way she does it! All communications were prompt and clear.

Amazingly awesome it was! Rock on & Thanks Tim :) This was a unique process as we were going to accept a quick "as is" sale. But Tim presented a different approach of "fix & flip". The whole situation was incredibly painless & was win win for all parties. Great team effort totally..
