My Wife and I worked with Francis Real Estate Group to find and purchase our new home. We looked at many different homes. Tom gave us excellent advice with each and every home. When we saw the home that we wanted we found out that there were at least 3 o 4 other offers on the home already. Tom and his team were fast to help us put in our best offer within our budget and an offer that would stand out more than all the others. The seller accepted our offer and only 14 days later we had the keys of our new home. Without Tom and his team we would not have gotten the home.
