Miss Tracy is truly a wonderful Real Estate Agent. She helped me to purchase my two homes in Huntington Beach, Ca. I got a great price in a great location. She is very prompt and comprehensive of your requirements. Tracy also sold my 3rd home in Huntington Beach and actually got me above the list price and a smooth escrow. She'll get you what you want even if it takes her to climb some fences to get there. I also enjoyed being around her because she is witty, funny and enjoyable to be around. She is also very knowledgeable on properties. If she see something that doesn't look right she will let you know. I've been looking for a couple of years and had allot of agents before (10) and I can say one thing about her. She was the best out of 10.
