- Valencia and I connected, but did no business
Valencia needs turn in her RE license. She is very unprofessional and talks quite the talk. she represented my ex spouse and I had my own realtor. She DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT HARASS MY AGENT!!! My agent showed my home, found the buyer and all Valencia did was give my agent a hard time. She then tells attorney's I have not secured a location yet (which she knows nothing about) Then when I instructed her not to contact my attorney deal with my realtor SHE CONTINUED to call & harass my WONDERFUL realtor who just let the petty roll off her back. I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism IN MY LIFE oh I have the attorney that recommended her she is pretty high on the unprofessionalism as well. RUN DON'T WALK FROM VALENCIA IF YOU WANT THE BEST!! KARINA CHAVEZ CENTURY 21 WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU!!!!!

I would recommend Valencia to anybody who wants a reliable, knowledgably and last but not least, responsive broker. I really appreciate when people respond to your request and keep in touch with you through completion. She personally walked me through courses she and others were teaching at Keller Williams Pacific Estates and though I am not quite ready to purchase, because of her I know what steps I needed to take next. She didnt leave me hanging. I will most definitely return to her when I am ready to purchase my first home. Valencia is a great person to have in your corner.
