DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT! I had him as my agent to help sell my home and it was the worst financial mistake for my family! He promised the moon and under deliver on every single offer. Once the contract with him was almost over, he started aggressively pushing to sell the house at any cost, lying, cheating, and scamming you into the deal to earn his pocket. He aimed to exploit trust in elder and less experienced home buyer/seller to push for closing and earning commission. If you started saying no he'll turn into a complete jerk and threaten legal against you even though it is still your own property. I implore that you do your own research and finding a better agent than this one, especially if you're new to buying and selling your first home.

I would strongly caution against listing your home with this agent. We tried very hard to view one of his listings and he was completely incompetent and non-responsive. He scheduled our confirmed viewing appointment on the wrong day and then would not call us back to reschedule on the day we actually confirmed. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him to even suggest that he help us get into the house to view it. Was more interested in telling us that he increased the price of the listing than he was in making sure we could actually see it! Maybe this is the guy to list your home with when you don't really need or want to sell. Otherwise, I can't imagine a scenario where I would want him representing me.
