Wais Mohsini has over 14 years of real estate experience and will lead the operation in the Fremont marketplace. Mohsini became a REALTOR® in 2005, earned his Broker’s License in 2006 and founded two real estate companies over the next nine years: WSM Realty in San Leandro, and Prestine Realty and Investments Inc. in Tracy. Originally from Afghanistan, Mohsini moved to Fremont in 1993 and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. He holds two degrees: an Associate’s degree from Ohlone College and an Associates of Science degree in Real Estate from Modesto Junior College. He also attended San Jose State University. He is fluent in Farsi, Hindi and Urdu and specializes in residential, short sales, auctions, foreclosures / REO bank owned properties, residential investments, commercial retail and luxury estates.
