- William helped me buy a home
Do not by a home the Bill Law is selling. This man sold me a home for my son and I to live in. It was his former rental property. A rental property that he claimed on the LEGAL SELLERS DISCLOSURE that he knew nothing was wrong with it. Bill purchased a warranty with the sale of the home for me and I was like... oh that's amazing.... but upon speaking to a former tenant I learned this man was an ABSOLUTE SLUM LORD. He did the bare minimum to fix issues and also was aware of everything he claimed to have no knowledge of because his former tenant let him know. I was advised by Bill his tenant never reported any issues. His lack of honesty has cost me thousands so far and left me with a warranty THAT COVERS NOTHING. This man is terrible and should absolutely be ashamed of himself.
