- Wyatt and I connected, but did no business
Do not put your trust in this hack. He made himself unavailable during the negotiation period. He set the terms and then didn’t abide his own rules on multiple occasions.. He said he was showing a house at the time, but he set the time limit for negotiations. There was an inspection and review period of two weeks and when the period was up....he wanted more time because he never thought to get the septic certification done in a timely matter. Then tried to blame his oversight on (myself) the seller as if we were hiding something. He is poor at best when it comes to business dealings. I will be making contact his his broker tomorrow. It was obvious from the beginning that he only cared about himself and not his buyer. I would recommend that you run as fast as you can if he’s ever within your selling/buying situation. Refuse to sell as he is not to be trusted by anyone in the Tucson selling market. He also tried to set the price by saying certain things were great and some not so perfect. What he didn’t realize that if more of the residence was remodeled the price would have been much much higher than was agreed upon. Don’t trust in Wyatt if you are a buyer.. He’s an amateur. I feel bad for the prospective buyers as they were from out of state and made trips to Arizona to see my house. But this is business and will not work with inept realtors. The buyers really made a poor choice in choosing Wyatt for their new home in Tucson I have since told my realtor to disregard anything Wyatt might propose and will be putting my house back on the market in the next week. Again....Wyatt is only prolific at what is good for Wyatt. Not his clients and certainly not the seller. Tread lightly when you hear the name Wyatt in the Tucson market. Wyatt did not excel at anything remotely concerning the sale / purchase of my residence. The good thing is that I’m not worried about going back on the market. If you want to know more about this situation. Do not hesitate to write. I will explain in full detail.

Tried to make a deal with Wyatt but found money was more important that customer loyalty. A man’s word is all he has and Wyatt begged me to break my word with another customer. Beware of Wyatt.
