I've sold a townhouse with Xavier, and he also helped my family buy an awesome townhouse as a 1031 exchange. Xavier was extremely responsive and available the entire time and he even helped me after the closing with meeting contractors while I was at work. He's a good guy and works very hard.

Xavier is a great realtor! Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and responds to emails and texts even at night owl hours! Furthermore, as a first-time home-buyer having met with other realtors, I feel he really looks out for his client and puts in extra effort to negotiate a good deal. Really appreciated that I never felt pressured, could see places 2nd times, etc. Even after the purchase he followed up to see how things were. Highly recommended!
