My husband and I met Zach for the first time in an open house in Rocklin. We had been looking (without looking) for about a year, and had met a few realtors along the way. Zach stood out because of a detailed report that he handed to us upon entering the home. He took the time to show us what sexual predators were on file in the neighborhood and provided comps on others homes in the area. Mike and I walked from Zach's open house to another one next door, and after thinking about it for a few minutes we decided to go back and ask him a few questions. Has he worked with VA loans before? What were his experiences like? We talked for a long while, and he didn't rush the process. For two detail-oriented, type-A people, who need questions answered immediately, Zac was perfect! We put the poor guy through the ringer...10 pm email chains, 10 listings sent over in rapid succession on multiple occasions, weekend calls, it didn't matter, Zach was on it! He set up viewings immediately, some for the same day, and guided us with honesty and care. He let us know when neighborhoods weren't great for families, dreamt with us about how we could fix up each home we walked into, and was patient with me when I demanded to go see houses that we all knew would not work. He was always positive and helped talk us through the stress of buying our first home in a competitive market.Most importantly though, Zach never pressured us into a sale, just so that he could earn a buck. He always wanted what was best for us and let us know that we could back out of a deal if we did not feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about Zach, and the superb job that he did as our realtor. My wife and I were first time home buyers and we had no idea how the process of buying a home worked. We were extremely lucky to find Zach at one of his open houses.
