Zack Sperow is the most engaged Realtor with whom I have ever worked. This is my 4th home purchase and initially I was working with another realtor who was waiting for things to happen. But Zack listened to what I wanted and needed and had me lined up with exactly the right type of properties immediately and than circumvented a bidding war by working with the agent and seller and got me into my home in 21 days!!! He gets the job done!! Best buying experience ever!!!!!

I met Zack one day when I was driving by an open house and decided to stop in for a quick look. At the time I was in the early stages of a relocation from Texas to California. I had no knowledge of the area or the California market but this would be my 5th home so I thought I knew what to expect from a realtor.No comparison, Zack is an anomaly so say the least. He was made for this job, he is friendly compassionate and knowledgeable. Right away he introduced me to Monica with Cross Country Mortgage who is also the best of the best. Even before I was pre qualified he started to get to know me my family and what we was looking for. Once we was qualified (only took a day or so) we hit the ground running. Zack didn't just find us a house in our price range, he found us a home that fit our family. He even got involved when we was having trouble selling our home in Texas and worked with our selling agent and the agent from the people that was buying our house. He was connected and involved with us every day, even on the weekends. Zack became a part of the family. We still talk from time to time and he even comes by to visit and he is very welcome to do so. Zack is enthusiastic with great energy always replied to a call or text. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He was always on top of things suvh as paperwork negations and very flexible with appointments making sure that everything worked with my schedule. I'm very happy with the home I bought with his the location and that it worked out with my budget. It took a while to find something that I liked and formy budget but Zack is just that great at ehat he does. Thank you so much.

Having had bad realtor experiences in the past, we were nervous/anxious to start the process of purchasing a home again. We were moving from the South Bay to the North Bay and needed someone reliable and trustworthy. Excellent communication skills were a must because we wanted to minimize driving back and forth to view houses. Zack was referred by my coworker and he truly delivered and exceeded our expectations. When we thought we'd gotten a GOOD deal, Zack turned it into a GREAT deal. I went from a negative, disheartening experience to feeling like part of an elite club of his customers. He is so attentive to detail; we didn't waste any time viewing houses that didn't fit our criteria. And he worked around our schedule to view them. He's knowledgeable about the process and is responsive to texts and emails almost instantly every time we had a question or felt off about anything. After searching for a home in the Bay Area both by ourselves and with other agents, my wife and I were having a tough time navigating the home-buying process. Zack is a great agent. He was super knowledgeable and helpful finding us our perfect house. We came from out of town so his experience with the area we were looking was invaluable. He always treated us like we were his number one priority.
