We were looking to sell our house to a cash buyer originally. One of the cash buyers referred us to Zandra because he knew our house was in great shape and we could make more selling it traditionally. From the moment we spoke with Mrs. Ulloa we knew we had the right realtor. She was confident (but not cocky), knowledgeable, approachable, honest, fair, had a pamphlet about her business, and offered us options/extras from the get go. We ended up signing a 90 day contract (the same day we met her) and we sold within 8 weeks after hitting the market....and that was after we had one buyer back out! Zandra assisted us to purchase our first home. A friend referred us to and I am so glad she did! From our first conversation, Zandra was fast to respond to our emails to schedule an in person meeting. At that meeting Zandra got an idea of what we were looking for and gave us good information about our price range. She also recommended a mortgage lender that she works closely with. Once we started looking at homes, Zandra was really good about pointing out features (and also oddities) in each home. When we were ready to make an offer, her relationship with the mortgage company came in handy since we were able to get our documents sorted out quickly. Our second offer was accepted (under the asking price) and Zandra really helped us through the escrow process. She explained what we were signing and again her close partnerships helped us to complete the home inspection quickly. Zandra’s hard work enabled us to close escrow in 17 days! We were never in the dark through the whole process, and at any hour we could text Zandra a question knowing we would get a fast response. We never felt like we were taking up her time even when we were asking to see a lot of homes, and she really made us feel like her only clients by giving us her undivided attention. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with Zandra can be assured that she will work her hardest to find you the best home and she will take care of you through the whole process. I will be recommending Zandra to everyone I know, and I will definitely seek her out for future moves.
