It seems rare today to come across anybody in the real estate industry in that she not only seems to recognize that her reputation is worth more than she would make by trying to inflate a home price so her commission is higher on a single sale, but also that is a straight talker. Unlike most people in this part of the country who try to sugar coat their lies to you, she just gives it to you straight, she tells it like it is, that's all. She is personable enough, though she may seem a little abrasive at first to you until you realize the value of her traits and characteristics. Give her an honest chance, the little bit she lacks in the charm and arse kissing area she more than makes up for in the advantage you will have in working with somebody who doesn't have a selfish outlook on the industry.
