We cannot give enough accolades to Adam Alcaraz. We had several unforeseen and very unusual circumstances to overcome in our real estate transaction. As a first time buyer with a very specific idea of what I didn't like but not an exact specification to what I did want, Adam was able to show me homes that fit exactly my needs just from the ideas that I had conveyed to him. With each property tour he was helpful and gave me all the time I needed to look around at the property. He was very helpful when my picky tastes and conflicting specifications made the search very difficult. In terms of submitting offers, if I was ready to submit an offer he could do it same day or even right there at the property from his iPad, I had great confidence that he would follow through on the property I wanted. When I finally found the perfect property, it was a difficult time in that complex where units were getting snapped up by all cash buyers within a day of being on the market. He talked to the listing agent and explained my situation, my ability and intent to buy and sold me as a buyer to that agent. The listing agent put me in ahead of others to the short sale negotiator based on his interaction with Adam and weeks later I had a signed purchase offer for that property.
