Alanda was both our selling and buying realtor, and I am so glad that we were connected with her, and that she was our realtor throughout the entire process! We were selling and buying during the height of the coronavirus situation, which made things strange and stressful, but Alanda really knew from the very beginning how to handle things. She helped us get a fantastic listing and perfect photographs together for the sale, and got us multiple above listing offers with minimal disruption to our lives (we have two young children). She also understood well how to read the offers and the offerors so that we were in the best negotiating position throughout the sale, which ended up going through without a hitch. For our home purchase, she had great advice throughout, and was extremely responsive and dedicated, getting us showings literally within an hour of some postings, and guiding us through the best way to make ourselves and our offers attractive in what was a seller's market. We ended up getting our dream home in our dream neighborhood after our first offer, and the home appraised for thousands more than we paid. We also had very difficult sellers and the house needed a little work, but Alanda knew how to handle them perfectly to get us the best deal with the least stress on our part. She also was very diligent in following up with inspectors, title companies, and the mortgage banks to make sure that things were always going smoothly and to get on their cases when they weren't. And after we moved in using a great moving company she recommended, she continued to follow-up with us to make sure everything was going well over our first weeks in the home. I cannot recommend Alanda more highly. She is an absolutely tenacious professional who is still wonderfully kind and personable, and she is fantastic at what she does. Truly elite.

Alanda is not only an amazing realtor but an awesome person as well. She was always prompt and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond in her service. Her goal was not to just help us buy a house but she wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting into with the purchase. Alanda is an amazing person and an extraordinary realtor! We owned a home in North Carolina, however we received military orders that would initiate the decision to sell our home. Alanda immediately stepped up, she had us send her photos of our home and she recommended things we could do to make it more appealing. Also, she was available for every question we came to along the way. I know that it is because of Alanda that our home went under contract after being listed for only 12 days!

*Incredible Attention to Detail!* Alanda was amazing to work with. We had the privilege to work with Alanda while we were relocating to the area. Alanda was an answer to our prayers! We had been worrying about finding a realtor for months especially when we would be buying our home out-of-state. When were recommended Alanda, we met with her over video chat and knew we had found our realtor. Alanda was professional, but honest in all of our conversations with her. She worked to show all of the homes we wanted to tour on video, pointed out nit picky things, both positive and negative in the homes, and checked things we didn't think to check (flooring under rugs, condition of cabinets under the sink, etc.). When we did find our home, she worked tirelessly to draft a contract that fit our situation. During the closing process, she would answer our many questions at all hours of the day and provided us great recommendations for lawyers, inspectors, contractors, and other businesses in the area. Her love for helping people find the right home from them is evident in her work. She is personal, hard working, and knows the area very well.
