I worked with Andy on buying my house a few years back. Andy was very patient and not pushy: very pleasant to work with. He listened to my needs and worked with me closely when negotiating the price, at which he did an excellent job. Based on my experience I worked with him again a few year later on a sale of a condo. He again did an excellent job - explaining his views and assessments but listening to mine and working with them. Everything went absolutely smoothly to my full satisfaction. He has excellent people skills and is a great negotiator.
