- Angel listed, but didn't sell, my home
Honestly I was mislead by it's easy going approch before signing a seller contract for my house, Beware they have a cancellation penality fee in Remax conract. I cancel my contract after 3 days of frustrations with Mr Ortiz and they are now claiming a cancellation fee of $500. despite the Florida Laws.
