- Anil never responded to my request
Was requested to assist with repairs at a home Anil was selling, asked to leave invoice on counter and email him and the homeowner a copy, unit vacant. After visiting and inspecting repairs, coordinate with Anil recommendations. We made repairs and completed work. Left invoice sent bill. Now Anil is not willing to pay. All of the sudden Anil stopped answering my calls. DO NOT TRUST SOMEONE LIKE THIS WITH SELLING YOUR PLACE, NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT RESPONSIVE.
