I'm sure that Anthony must be one of the busiest people I've met in many years, but my wife and I always felt like we were the only clients he had--quite a feat in this market. His knowledge of the East Bay (and Alameda in particular) is exhaustive, and he is able to empower your decision-making without ever being pushy. There were many times where we just went ahead with a recommendation because Anthony had given so many other great pieces of advice that we could easily trust this one too, large or small. After three tries, we landed the most incredible house at a price that still feels like a bargain--again, quite a feat. We were one of two bidders, we think because of some workable structural issues that Anthony rightly told us might scare other people away--this is the guy to have in your corner. He's got great staff around him and continues to give solid advice post-sale, referring us to great contractors and helping us save money on crucial work.
