Are Andresen is the principal broker at Soldsense Realty. He was born in Norway and came to the United States for college. The flight to the USA in 1994 was his first time on an airplane (he had only been travelling in Europe with his family in an RV before then.)
After obtaining a degree in Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech, he moved to Northern Virginia (where the jobs were in the late 90’s) and worked in software development during the infancy of ASP, .NET, SharePoint, and Ajax. While programming 24/7 and being a DINK, investing in real estate seemed like a great idea. So, lots on properties were bought and sold and leased while others were busy buying stocks.
