Arturo Cruz was great and I would definitely ask him to be my realtor again. He is a genuinely nice person. He is also very flexible and easy going with requests that more experienced home buyers probably would never make (I was a type triple A first-time homebuyer). He went beyond the call of duty in reassuring me that my new home and the services we were using were all good. He also got me a great deal and I am so happy with my new home. "Arturo helped us to find our perfect first home! We met with him during the initial process to make sure that we understood what's going to happen in every phase of the home buying process. We were under a time crunch because our lease is going to be up in a month and needed to move out. He and his team worked with us efficiently to tour several houses before we found the one. Once we found the house that we wanted to make an offer on, he discussed our wants and needs, and from there recommended things that we need to do which resulted in us getting our first home. Not only that, we closed 4 days before our lease expired which allowed us to start moving right away, which saved us money from having to extend our lease.
