- Audrey listed and sold my home
We had a terrible experience with Audrey Shay. She mismanaged the property under her supervision, withheld information about buyers, manipulated contracts to allow her to be the sole broker in the transaction, and didn't get us our asking price, although she did well for herself. She is not an ethical person, and I would recommend her to no one.
- Audrey never responded to my request
Audrey was horrible with communication and responding back to me either via texts or calling. For example, this afternoon at 1 PM she texted me "Hi" and that was it. I texted her back with a question a few minutes later, and am still waiting to hear back from her one hour later...
