I have experience with numerous realtors, and I can assure you, Belinda B. Liu is among the worst of any I have come across in the last 30 years. SHE is dishonest and not trustworthy. The only interest Belinda B. Liu has is her own. A liar for sure and if given a chance, I'm sure she would also make a good thief! It is hard to process how an incompetent individual, who barely understands any rule of law, chooses real estate to make the big bucks - unless FRAUD is now openly permitted ...

Belinda shows and manages rental homes for clients who bought homes from her. She is terrible to work with in terms of renting a home. We sent her our information and she told us to put in an application. She said we were preapproved and first in line. We saw the home and brought her a cashiers check for deposit. Leaving the property, we got a call from a random person who was also racing to get a check to Belinda for same property. She did not have our permission to give our # out and we were unaware that she was having people “race who could get a check to her first” - sketchy practice. Then late that night, she said our income didn’t qualify, requested additional documents, and asked us to spend more money on online applications for household members. We complied and she continued to ask additional questions through text and refused to pick up by phone. Unprofessional sharky behavior. We were kept up all night knowing this lady had said we were preapproved, had a large check from us, and was going back on all of her words. In the morning she denied us and returned the check. Avoid working with her. She blindly “preapproves”, doesn’t read any emails or info you send her, and will waste your time and money with apps. She’s messy, unorganized, and didn’t even know details of the property.
