  • Mitch listed and sold my home

Let me first say that I am jaded by realtors because we’ve been burned by inept ones in the past. Mitch is a cut above, and greatly impressed us with his sense of ethics and knowledge of the industry. We originally intended to sell our house by owner as we are experienced in doing so, but chose Mitch since with a million dollar price tag, the stakes were much higher and even a 5% mistake would translate into a $50,000 loss of opportunity. We agree with the philosophy of flat fees over commissions, no matter the property’s valuation. However, Mitch under-promises and over-delivers, providing the service we would have expected from a broker charging a high commission. We followed his directives to fix up the house, and got an offer after the open house for $52,000 over our asking price. Mitch verified the creditworthiness of the buyer and we closed on time without incident. We highly recommend Mitch Candler, especially for the skeptics.
