Betsy and team were amazing from start to finish. I had a phone chat with her as a first contact (she was a referral from a friend) and Betsy lined up 12 viewings the following weekend. Aside from getting us in and all the logistics, one of the biggest services Betsy provided was 'reading between the lines' on all the comments we made during the viewings. She very quickly understood what we were really looking for, and helped us understand it too by always challenging us to prioritize the houses we saw and constantly think about what's important and what isn't. Although we anticipated the house search to take months, we ended up putting an offer down on a house we loved, and the offer was accepted! There was a competing offer for more money, but the sellers chose us due to a couple of minor but very strategic concessions Betsy urged us to make in the offer. Those turned out to be exactly what the sellers were looking for and that's why we beat out a higher offer. Another incredibly important service Betsy offered us was an incredibly detailed knowledge of how much things cost to fix or renovate. Being trained as an engineer and having been in the business for a very long time, Betsy's seen it all and has been spot on with all her estimates. It's like having a contractor and realtor all in one, which is really helpful when looking at homes that aren't completely turn-key. We really ended up with our dream home in a dream location, and none of it would have been even remotely possible with Betsy! And if all that weren't enough, Betsy's team was incredible to work with during escrow, and helped us close a very short escrow on time, which was no small feat! Couldn't recommend anyone more!

I can't believe it's been 7 YEARS since I got stationed in San Diego. Betsy helped us buy REO using a 10% down loan when the listing agent didnt think it could be doneWhich left us enough money to do repairs. Its now been 6 years and its the best move weve made. Betsy is an amazing person and a fantastic realtor. I do not live in San Diego and she has helped me sell, rent, and maintain my properties.
