Bob filotei should be avoided. Any perspective buyer or seller should know that he is a violent and bigoted man when the "sales face" is off. He will bully and badger you until you simply cut off communications. I have heard of screaming profane fights he has had with clients who do not do it his way. Please please please there are hundreds of very reputable honest brokers in this area. Choose ANYONE but Bob. The most system allows you to look at any listing. He will say whatever it takes to roe you in and then lord have mercy. Consider yourself warned. Good luck to you
