Working with Bob was such a pleasure! Bob was so unbelievably helpful and easy to work with. Never did I feel any pressure, nor did I feel lost at all during the process. Bob helped me and my parents understand the differences between buying a home in TN versus NJ. Bob is available whenever I needed to ask questions or discuss anything. He explained the process very clearly and he is very reliable! Bob was very honest and truthful throughout the entire process and I really trust him. Any family or friends that look to buy a home in TN, I will send them his way! This was the easiest/best experience I have had or even heard of in terms of the house hunting process. We had already tried one Nashville realtor that we weren't happy with and a friend recommended we try Bob instead. We were out of town buyers so we were so glad that Bob was able to show us properties over Skype or FaceTime. Bob was really knowledgeable about the inside and outside of the houses and had lots of great insights into potential problems or advantages of each house. It took several months of making multiple offers before we got a house, but Bob was very encouraging and patient through the process. Would highly recommended!
