I usually do not write reviews as I never feel that I have the time and energy to put something honest and thoughtful in such a short form, but in this case, I cannot wait to spread the word about Lauren, Brad and entire Seaman Team. We hired them to sell my in-laws home, which had special meaning as it was the home that my wife grew up in. They were amazing and everything was going great, and then the environment changed completely w/ the pandemic. Suddenly, what was smooth sailing, became a challenge. Throughout the whole time, I have never had a more in-tuned, honest, and diligent agents. They always returned calls, emails, texts promptly, and were always there with the right advice (not to mention talking us of the ledge) at the right time. We trusted the experts and they were able to deliver, closing on the sale for us last week, while jumping through every hoop known to man! We couldnt be happier. A couple of thoughts as I look back on what was a great experience. While we were not the biggest clients of Brad and Lauren, they always made like we were. This speaks to their character and their understanding of what it means to have a relationship. Finally, your agent should be at their best when things are the toughest. This was the case with Lauren and Brad. Anyone can sell a house in a great market with no pandemic, but when you can do that in difficult conditions, it really shows the true scope of what it means to be the best. 5 stars, all the way!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and had a phenomenal experience with Brad, Lauren, Debbie, and Donna of the Seaman Team. My wife and I are both active-duty military and made the decision to buy after renting for 4 years in San Diego. The entire experience, from initial meeting diving into our "ideal home," to putting in several offers in a very competitive market, and to finally having an offer accepted and closing following escrow, was nothing short of seamless. As eager first time buyers in a very competitive market, Brad consistently gave us direct input on valuation of prospective homes, and more than once kept us from offering more than he felt was reasonable for the home. We knew we could count on Brad and the team performing their due diligence on all prospective homes and making the absolute most out of our budget. It was abundantly clear that Brad and his team were out for our best interest, and NOT in their own interest of completing a quick transaction. After 2-3 months of searching and multiple offers, we ended up with the best home we could have imagined. Brads negotiation skills were superb and probably saved us more than 10k, and his knowledge of the greater San Diego real estate market is second to none (you can tell he's worked in the industry since his teenage years). The entire team is composed of true professionals who made a complicated transaction seem like clockwork. I rarely post review or feedback on sites like these, but feel compelled to share my experience with the Seaman Team and encourage those looking to buy or sell to contact them for any real estate need! They truly exemplify the highest levels of professionalism and will exceed your expectations!
