Brittney was, without a doubt, the best real estate agent we've worked with. Brittney helped us find and purchase a new home this past month. She is very high touch, which is what you want in an agent. Always communicating with us, great at dealing with the listing agents, our lender, the appraiser, the inspector, the title company... the list goes on. She was honest if she didn't know the answer to something, and then reached back to her broker and got us the answer within a day. Will we work with Brittney again?... 100% yes!

She makes you feel like family. She helps to assist you in making the right decisions. She is professional and friendly. She has a vast knowledge of real estate, working with loan officers and title companies. She was there every weekend helping us find our forever home.

My wife and I closed today on our home, and Brittney was our buyers' agent. We honestly believe that we would not have been successful with anyone else. We know she has other clients, but every inquiry, no matter how trivial or obvious, was answered so promptly that we felt like her top priority, and so completely, that follow-up was seldom needed. Our lender created serious issues for us just a week before closing because of a mistake they had made in the way they presented our loan to the underwriter. It could have been a fatal error and lost us the house. We didn't even realize the nature or the gravity of the lender's error until after Brittney had reached out to them, spoken to the processor's supervisor and corporate customer relations, and secured senior management attention to guide us through a fix to the problem they had created.We cannot recommend Brittney highly enough. She knows the local market, understands the process, and anticipates effective solutions. She guided us through negotiations to a price that made us very happy with our purchase, And she was always available with quick, thorough, and highly professional advice.

Brittney, our dear friend, and absolutely amazing realtor, was nothing short of heaven sent through our entire sell/buy process, and we DID NOT have an easy go of things. Brittney is terrific! I don't even know where to begin! When we first met, she listened to our requirements and before we could even get home she had sent us several listings. She was willing to take us to as many houses as we needed to see and as our ideas changed she pulled in more options for us. Once we decided on a house she left no detail unchecked throughout the initial inquires all the way to closing day. She met with us multiple times at the property and found answers to our many questions. When work needed to be done at the house during the inspection phase, Brittney anticipated the needs and lined up experts to complete the work. She communicated with everyone involved in the process flawlessly and did not let anything go during the negotiations. And on top of being a very talented professional, she is just an extremely enjoyable person to be around. Her manner is easy-going and calm and although she had no problem pushing the seller's agent, we never felt pushed or rushed -- just what you need in a real estate agent! I would recommend her, and will recommend her, to anyone looking to buy or sell a house! We could not have had better representation!

We bought our first home with Brittney. Walking into this whole house buying process I was super nave. I found Brittney online and had my reservation initially but she came through with everything she said!! I definitely call myself lucky for having found her!! In this whole process my husband and I also found a friend who I think we can rely on :) She's extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process a piece of cake. She dummied down everything (at least for me). No matter what time I texted her (and I mean it) she responded back within minutes. I did forget to ask her if she ever sleeps lol.
