As a first time homebuyer, looking to purchase a home seemed like a complicated and daunting process. I contacted Bryan who had previously assisted a close friend of mine. He set clear, reasonable expectations, which assured a smooth purchasing process without delay for everyone involved, including the mortgage lender (who he recommended), the selling agent and closing company. After working with Bryan for only a few weeks, we had an accepted offer on our home! Bryan became not only our realtor, but a friend and trusted expert, who shared our enthusiasm about becoming first time home owners! Even after closing, Bryan has continued to follow up to see how the moving process is going, and to make sure we are happy in our new home.
