With deep apologies to Chad: I've wanted to leave this review for far too long, but personal life has presented ongoing challenges, and time has sped by. Chad went above and beyond in every conceivable way in seeing us through the process of selling our home. Family illness drove our difficult decision to sell our lovely home, and a former neighbor recommended Chad wholeheartedly; I'm so happy she did. From the first moment we met Chad, his energy, knowledge and pressure-free style impressed us. Plus, as he's spent his life in the Chapel Hill area, he knows the market up, down and sideways. The strain and stress of getting our house ready to go on the market fell primarily to me, as did the packing, and downsizing - and all within five weeks. Chad literally became a surrogate son! He called everyday, kept us informed, and made himself available 24/7. When we had a plumbing emergency, he supplied a professional to solve the issue. When we had an accident and our tow truck never showed up, we called Chad and a truck appeared in minutes. There was no crisis large or small that Chad wasn't able and willing to troubleshoot; I came to depend upon him completely. He literally helped us pack our car, and even installed a roof bag and helped me load it. I cannot say enough about this amazing guy, and how much aid, comfort and support he provided in a time of such great tumult. You will be fortunate indeed when you opt to engage him to buy or sell your property. As my former neighbor put it when recommending him: "Chad isn't just a great agent. He's a really good man." I wholeheartedly echo this sentiment. Thank you, Chad. For everything.
