We shot for dream intangibles (on a cul de sac, not changing our current school feeder system, and large backyard). Chris and his team came through with a perfect house at a great market price. Our new house meets all of our intangibles. Beyond the contract, his team's customer service was great and they stayed with us through closing working hard on our behalf to make our money go far. They kept us in the loop on how everything was moving forward much better than my first home purchase realtor. I highly recommend Redux Realty to anyone looking to buy.
