Extremely detailed so you don't have to be! Chris helped my sister and I sell the family home after my mother passed away. He was very sensitive to the emotional turmoil that such a project can bring. He was also very knowledgeable of the new COVID requirements since we sold during the first few months of the pandemic. His online game is also very strong; the online virtual tour with virtual furniture staging got us the qualified buyers we needed. Would definitely call him again.

Chris understands the Bay Area housing market well, and is exceptional in knowledge about the structural aspects of the house. He helped us recently buy our home sweet home in San Jose with Cupertino school district. We had strict criteria in terms of our needs while looking for the houses. We needed all good schools, less commute, good neighborhood, decent size house with backyard and all that within the limits of our budget. Chris respected our requirements and budget limitations, patiently looked at houses with us for almost a year, guided us well when we needed his advice, and never ever pressed us into making a decision when we were not ready. He understood our requirements better than us and at times, acted like our mirror, when we were falling into the trap of making a compromised decision under the pressure of the Bay Area housing craziness. Ultimately, with Chris's help and negotiations, we were able to purchase the house that satisfies all our needs and meets our budget. During the closing process also, when bank delayed appraisals, Chris managed with the seller agent meticulously, so we were able to close and move into the new home within our timelines. We first meet Chris 2 years ago when we were first considering home ownership. Chris was very frank and honest. He explained the San Jose market very clearly and presented just the facts. "You don't have all cash, this is what it takes to buy here." The facts were hard to swallow and it took us nearly 2 years to accept the market place. Chris never pushed us but always keep us up-to-date on market trends via emails. Once we decided to move forward Chris helped us line up financing, helped with where to look and explained the entire home buying process to us. He is extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. From buying to selling, to flipped to renovating. I can honestly say if we decide to move (before Chris retires) we already know who we'll use for listing and buying our next house in the area.
