I cannot overstate how lucky I feel to have found Cindy to guide me through the process of buying my first home. She is both incredibly professional and completely knowledgeable about the current market, as well as very warm and enjoyable to spend time with. I totally trusted her to help me make critical decisions and she definitely surpassed all of my expectations. She also has amazing connections and I was thrilled with all of the referrals that she made. My only regret about finding a house so quickly is that I don't get to spend more time working with Cindy! We were first time home buyers in a new area with very little homebuying knowledge. Cindy came highly recommended by our financial advisorand we wouldnt have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. She was not only a steady, patient, savvy, honest, and knowledgeable guide from day one but also a comfortable presence that was not afraid to give experiential insight and still somehow managed to never asserted opinions or pressure. She was timely with responses and was skilled at breaking down the house buying process and terms in digestible nuggets. We were not the easiest people to work with; saw many houses and kept on changing our search criteria but she remained a patient advocate that pivoted with us at every turn. Once we found the house she proved to be invaluable with local connections for home repairs. Apparently shes got a guy for everything. We enjoyed working with Cindy and are so grateful for her obvious strong work ethic and creative problem solving skills (especially amidst the process changes that surfaced with Covid-19).

I cannot say enough about our experience using Cindy as a realtor. She is amazing! She made our move seamless despite the fact that we moved in the middle of a global pandemic. Cindy took all the stress out of listing & selling our home & we sold our house quickly & for the asking price!

Cindy is the best! She helped me buy my house in 2015 after I relocated to Richmond from out of state, and she was the first person I called when I wanted advice about selling my home. Both transactions went smoothly due in large part to Cindys help. I wanted to spruce up the kitchen before we listed the house, but my mother ended up in the hospital in another state. Cindy stepped in to meet the flooring guys, meet the counter top guys, and she went by Lowes and picked up the sink I ordered to make sure the work got done. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor.
