•For 17 years I have been a full-time real estate professional, beginning in 1987 as part of the Coldwell Banker sales team. From September 1991-January 2000 I was the managing broker for a Coldwell Banker branch office, responsible for supervising over 3500 closed sales, for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, and for overseeing legal compliance in our transactions. Negotiating win-win resolutions became a particular area of expertise. These managerial years have allowed me to bring the benefit of those experiences to my clients today.
