- Cynthia and I connected, but did no business
Cynthis still uses unethical practices that most agents with integrity know better than to use. She had two offers on the table and told the one what they needed to come up to in order to get the house. She then took that offer to bid up the lower offer where the original high bidder was then unable to go any higher due to possible value issues. Very shady practice that should NO LONGER GO ON. THE HIGHER OFFER GETS IT, period!
