I want to say something about Danuta... why? Because I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a broker. When my husband and I was looking for a place to buy after we came back from Arizona in 1998, we met Danuta. She helped us to find a house that we could afford to buy...she found a house in Vista that we lived in from 1999 until July 2018, and all those years we kept in touch with her, all the time until my husband passing on July 10, 2018. So I called her and hired her again as my broker because she did a wonderful job for us. When she put my house on the market, she did Weekend Open House and after 7 days, the sale was pending already! That was so incredible and I was so amazed how she found a great buyer right away...but the day we about to sign all the paperwork, we found out that my house needs 6 months probate because we didnt have a trust. It was a blow to my mind and I was discouraged at first, but Danuta did not quit on me, she let me think positively...oh boy! She is a go getter. She kept in touch with me during probate, the buyer and I were so impressed with her. I got to know her very well, as a hard working person. She was very professional and kept me informed at all times. Because she has a stamina and working ethics, I decided to call her my super doper angel because in my eyes she is. Danuta never gave up until finally we closed the escrow on March 8, 2019. So if anyone needs a broker, look for her on Facebook, or LinkedIn. You wont be disappointed, she is committed to working for you (seller or buyer.) I recommend her so highly because she knows her business, so whoever hires her, will never regret it and you will be very happy clients like me. Few reflections after years...It has been almost 4 years since our very risky decision to move from Illinois to California. After 27 years of living in Chicago and it's surrounding areas, we decided to try something completely different. The decision was due to the frequent illness of our children. Mostly it was our oldest daughter who unfortunately has suffered 3 cases of pneumonia. Having consulted a specialist...a practicing clinician at one of the most famous hospitals in Chicago, we recognized that the best way to save and improve our baby's health would be to move to the warm and dry climate of Southern California. Unfortunately, the city of San Diego and North County have not been known to us yet...only Northern California, where we have visited many times before. Then again, internet access has become very helpful! We came across Ms. Danuta Bala, a Real Estate Broker, who appeared to be very active in Southern California.I remember making a decision already, during our first phone conversation, that Danuta was a person who would definitely be able to help us. Her many years of experience has been felt at every step. Professionalism, knowledge of the market and a perfect feel for our needs completely surprised us. It is obvious that it is difficult to trust a newly-introduced person, believe in her advice and a promise to take care of a person who has she met only, via previous telephone conversation. Just a few days, that we had a chance to get acquainted with Danuta, we discovered a sincere, devoted and above all, loving person that truly respected her profession. In the same week we signed a contract to buy a new home...and now, after several years, we are still convinced on how much our decision turned out to be accurate. Danuta's advice turned out to be 100% correct! We found ourselves in a dream place, beautiful surroundings with access to an excellent school district and most of all, in the area where our children have found peace, tranquility and above all... good health. We found our place and re-imagined ourselves. Danusia, did not not present herself as a "Real Estate Lady, but a very close friend...not only for the purchase of the house. Until today, we have already spent time together with her and with her family, including one of the New Year's Eve's events that we were happy to be part of. Again, to this day we are so grateful to Danuta for helping us to find this magical, charming place...we live in today. In today's world, we are forced to think cautiously and most of us have gone through a variety of experiences, which we do not often remember very well. Approximately 1 1/2 years ago, we bought a property from Danuta Bala's client. Although she represented the "other side", I was greatly impressed with her style.
