He is there for you and answers your question quickly. If you have an issue in the process, he is there to help you. Secondly he is awesome in helping you though the escrow process both in selling and buying. I had so many escrow issues and he was there for me. He was really on my side. He helped me get the asking price down 10,000 after the appraisal came in 10,000 lower so my loan could fund. Like I said Dave was very instrumental in my selling and buying.
