David Mcclard

My name is David McClard. I've been a FULL TIME REALTOR for almost 10 years. During that time our industry, and economy as a whole has seen some challenging times. One thing that has not changed is the need for quality and affordable housing. It is my distinct pleasure to help all of my clients, sellers and buyers alike, acheive their goals and dreams as they relate to real estate. My team and I represent hundreds of satisfied clients annually. My job doesn't end with the listing contract or the sales contract, it really just begins. My experience and expertise shines in marketing stratagies for all of my selling clients and price & terms negotiating, home financing, and closing details for all clients. From beginning to end it's my desire to be your faithful partner. Put my experience and dedication to work for you!
