Dilara and her team are amazing. They helped us to purchase our home in 2020, and sell it this year. The process is seamless. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, it made the process so easy. Dilara is an amazing person all the way around! We had the absolute best realtor we could have asked for during this process! She is very personable and relatable with all her clients. She feels what you feel and is always there from start to finish. Even if it's just an ear to listen. If anyone ever needs a realtor in the Virginia or D.C. area, she is your go to girl! We loved our first home and it was definitely hard to say good bye, but we are on to the next chapter in our lives and glad this process is over!

So let me break it down for you all -I was referred to Dilara from a military spouse page and what a goldmine it was to meet Dilara!The first sign that she should be our realtor was her availability - we met her at a Starbucks and spoke for what - 3hours - and the fact that we got to know her as a PERSON made the experience easier to tell her our honest needs/wants. Dilara isn't going to lie to you and tell you that you can afford a million dollar home - unless you can - and she is going to show you your options, and if you find something - she will assess the home herself and make sure you get what you deserve. It took about 2 weeks until I found the dream 'town'house, and let me tell you what.. my home is freaking amazing. If you are a Veteran, she knows a guy, if you need a plumber, she knows a guy, if you need a gym, she knows that too. Dilara knows the area, she can find what you want/need, and she will fight for you. This woman is a Rockstar - like me - but the point is when you buy a home, it's hectic, but when you have Dilara by your side, she isn't just your realtor, she is your friend.

Dilara helped my family find our dream home!When we decided to sell our home and buy at the same time, I thought the stress was going to be overwhelming. Thanks to Dilara, the process was smooth and fun. She began by helping us prepare our home for sale. She did a walkthrough with us and noted anything she thought would improve our house. She found us a painter; who was outstanding. She knew exactly how to price our house as well. The appraisal came back right on the nose. Our home went for sale on a Thursday and we accepted an offer on Monday. Everyone was so impressed with how well our house showed. This was because Dilara did everything in her power to ensure our house looked perfect. I wanted a main-floor living home and there were very few homes that offered this. We went to see several homes and none fit us just right. We spoke with a builder rep who told us they didnt have any main-floor living homes available for quick closing. But, Dilara went the extra mile and made more phone calls and found us the home we wanted. We knew she had found the one the first time we saw it! She held my hand through the entire process. Every day she would call, email and/or text me to ensure I was comfortable through every step. We have now settled in to our new home and couldnt be happier! Thanks to Dilara, I feel like my house is my home!

Dilara represented me as a buyer and seller and I could not be more grateful. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the perfect new home. Then when it was time to sell my previous home, not only did we get top market value, we had many competing offers and a quick closing due to her perfect marketing and execution listing the home. Dilara is absolutely a homebuyers dream realtor. She is not only exceptionally knowledgeable about the process, the relative laws, home mechanics, etc., but she sincerely cares and it shows in her attentiveness and flexibility. We bought site unseen and trusted her judgment completely. We would choose her again and again!

We started looking for our next home with Dilara once we got orders to the area. At first I was a little nervous since our last experience purchasing a home (in another state) was less than ideal. Dilara was wonderful to work with. We were first time buyers thinking this process of finding a house would take a long time so we had renewed our lease for another 6 months. Not only did she help us find a place in less than 2 weeks, but also was a wonderful negotiator that saved us enough in closing to break our lease and be in within about a month and a half, as well as getting repairs done that needed fixing.
