We originally had planned to put our house on the market in April, after reading that Spring was a better time to list. He helped provide a home stager for us, along with some great marketing materials. Long story short. We put our home on the market on Friday February 26th 2016. It was under contract by that Sunday the 28th. Once we had it under contract we were able put an offer on our dream home that Tuesday. So all in, we had essentially sold and bought our new home in a total of 5 days! Following that Ed did a masterful job of helping us close on both houses. He utilizes docusign (a web site that allows to sign contracts) saving a lot of time! Both closings went smoothly and ended with all parties smiling! We highly recommend Ed. Ed navigated us through a home purchase - but we had to sell our home (and fast!) to be able to make an offer in this extremely hot market. From the time I met Ed until my house had a sold sign out front was a matter of 2 weeks. Ed did quick, but thorough market research and came with a team of professionals - from a professional stager and photographer to a team at the office. The referrals he gave for home inspections, contractor work, and everything in-between were prompt, reasonably-priced, and professional. I've added a few of them to my own contact list for the future. All of this resulted in my home being sold before it even hit the market. The interest generated from the "Coming Soon" sign out front and the recommendations that the stager gave and the contractor executed resulted in an contract on my home that was $10k over the asking price and only four days after the sign was put up - all before it even officially hit the market (which meant no open house for us!) The subsequent purchase that he also brokered resulted in us receiving everything we asked for, including an extended closing. I would not only refer Ed to my friends and family, but I will absolutely use him again in the future should the need arise - he has gained clients for life
