Ed Sias

I was in a situation in which I thought I needed to purchase a home immediately. Ed helped me find some in my price range, we looked at some, and I chose one I thought would work for me. He negotiated a good price, arranged for inspection and appraisal, and generally made sure I was well informed about my potential purchase. All of this in a short period of time. Events transpired that changed the timeline for me, and I discovered it would be advisable to wait. Ed and his wife Marsha, who works with him, helped me once again. Ed and Marsha really care about helping others and I will be looking for a home in the next few months; I definitely not buy a home unless he is my realtor.
