I recently contracted with Nick Emerson to sell my condominium unit and could not be more pleased with the whole process of working with him and his assisting team. This included readying my home to put on the market, the advertising and showing of it, a most satisfying sale price, and the whole escrow process as well. I live overseas and the prospect of selling my home meant that I just had to trust the agent with whom I would be working, and do so without being locally available and +15 hours time zone difference. I had confidence that I could trust Nick's character, competence, and professionalism but you never know if such trust is merited until it gets puts to the test. Well the trust I placed in Nick was not misplaced at all. He and the team of people he works with were just fantastic. I experienced no problems or missteps or incompetence in the process at all. What that meant for me being on the other side of the world was that I could sleep easy every night having confirmation all along the way that every step throughout the process was being handled professionally, efficiently, and trust-worthily. The commission, fees and closing costs also were very fair as well. In my opinion Nick and his team definitely earned this high rating.

Taylor is amazing. She made our 1st home buying process easy. She responded quickly and answered any question me and my wife had. After the 1st condo we saw she already new what we liked and disliked. Home buying was supposed to be hard and stressful but not with Taylor. We built a great relationship with her as did our son. Please if you are looking to buy and want an easy home buying experience use Taylor, I promise she will not disappoint.

Have nothing but praises for Nick and his team!I come from a family of realtors and although I myself am not a realtor my sisters and mother are. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Nick by my sister who had work in the San Diego area for a few years. I could have easily gone throng my sister for the sale however my sister knew how quickly I needed out of the property and she recommended Nick. So glad she did too! Nick was able to talk me throng different scenarios regarding my sale. He allowed me to come to my own decision and what would work best for me in this transaction. Once we decided to get the deal done he and his team (shout out to Don!) went into action. They found a perfect byer for the property and I was quickly in contract. There negotiation I felt was handled with the upmost professionalism and both parties were able to come to terms for this deal. It went into escrow and the contingencies were removed in the timeline that Nick and Don said.
