Can I give this guy 10 stars???!!! Eric came highly recommended by a family member, and she was right. From our first conversation through to the closing I was impressed by his skills. I was always 100% confident in his ethics and knowledge, which he willingly shared in my many phone calls throughout the process. I appreciate that he never rushed me off the phone when I had questions. Getting Dad's house ready to list was a giant hurdle that he guided us over. (Yes, he had to juggle 2 siblings and me through all this.) We had multiple offers and one that was just right in 15 days. My brothers and I all agree how important it was that we had such strong trust in Eric from start to finish. A great experience in every way.

Among many text messages and emails we exchanged with Eric, I found myself writing this one: “efficient is not enough to describe you Eric”. And this one sentence summarizes who Eric is at a professional level. Eric made the process of purchasing a home easy and reliable. I felt safe and well informed all along the way. He is highly knowledgeable and has this unique sense of also knowing “what he does not know”; he will never make up an answer. He will do his due diligence and give you a sound response. And he writes short (very short) emails, always to the point; which I welcome. Among many attributes he has a real estate agent I would underline two: - his network and resources; he knows who to contact you with, form a mortgage agent, to a real estate lawyer or a locksmith. Ask him and he will give you good advice. - he is phenomenal at negotiating pricing. And this is a really important part of the puzzle when purchasing a home. In the end it’s a financial decision and having the proper guidance on how to play your cards and where/when to push or give up is almost an art. He has the skills to walk you through that swiftly. I could not be happier to have had him as my agent and will definitely work with him in the future if I ever have the chance.

This was my 1st time working with Eric and he did a wonderful job. The listing was excellent !! Great pix.....a great brochure...etc He not only got me the price that I wanted but he gave me a great referral for Mass Junk inc which saved me hundreds of dollars over anyone else !! If you're looking to buy or sell your home....go with the BEST !! and give Eric a call :)

As a broker, Eric Glassoff was very knowledgeable and provided us with much needed guidance on the process of selling our condo. Since he was very familiar with our building, he made the process painless while still allowing us to get a great price on our unit. From the initial meeting to the final closing, he was alongside with us and made sure that all the steps that were needed to be done were completed. He is soft spoken, but explains patiently and thoroughly coached us on ways to improve the marketability of our unit, giving us options and alternatives while letting us make the final decisions on all aspects of the process. He made the process painless, and I would definitely look for him in the future for any property transactions. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend working with Eric Glassoff. He was always very responsive to my requests and questions. Eric went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He was incredibly helpful with recommending vendors such as housekeepers, painters, real estate attorneys etc. Eric has a long and successful career in real estate. He knows the market and geographic area well. Our condo sold quickly and above asking price. I would absolutely work with Eric again!
