I highly recommend Eva ! She was excellent at showing me homes that had the attributes I was looking for, not wasting my time. Sometimes I would like a home after we saw it and she would steer me away for one sound reason or another. When I decided on a home she jumped into action, suggesting we go ahead with an offer immediately, before the home’s first open house. It was an excellent piece of advice because our offer at the asking price was accepted in less than one day. She led me through the process of purchasing the house beautifully! She explained every step, and did all the work she could do on my behalf. I have been in my home for 11/2 years now and totally love this home and will always be very grateful for all Eva did to make the purchase possible at an excellent price. She is very savvy, knowledgeable, and all one could want in an agent. She made me feel that I was her top priority and was available to me at any time. She knew contractors that could do the inspections and remedy any problems...workers who charged low prices and did excellent work. Just great in every way!
